The hardest part of a big magnet order isn't the ordering — it's herding the photos. The workflow that actually works: start a shared album (iCloud, Google Photos, or a group text if your family is small enough to survive one) and give people a deadline a week before you plan to order. You'll get half the photos in the first day and the other half in the last hour; that's normal.
Then curate before you upload. Pick the photos that read clearly at 2 inches: faces big in the frame, decent light, not a group of fourteen where everyone becomes a speck. Can every magnet in a bulk order use a different photo?
Yes. That's the point of ordering from us instead of a promo-products site. A 60-magnet reunion order can be 60 different photos, or one photo repeated, or anything in between — you arrange each magnet in the design tool before you pay.
How does bulk pricing work?
Magnets start at $5 each and the per-magnet price drops as your set grows. The discount applies automatically in the order flow. For very large orders — 100 magnets or more — contact us and we'll quote it directly.
How long does a bulk order take?
Most orders ship within about three business days. For larger sets, we'll confirm the production timeline before you commit, so you know exactly when the box lands.
What size are the magnets?
Each magnet is a 2-inch square, printed with dye-sublimation, backed with metal, and sealed with a protective mylar layer. Small enough to work as a favor, sturdy enough to survive years on a fridge.
Can you add names, a date, or a logo to a bulk set?

Do you ship outside Michigan?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the U.S. We make everything in Metro Detroit and Michigan orders tend to arrive fastest, but the box travels fine.
What photo files work?
Standard phone and camera formats — JPG, PNG, HEIC — uploaded straight from your phone or computer. A modern phone photo has far more resolution than a 2-inch print needs. If something is too blurry or dark to print well, we flag it before making anything.
Can the set match our event colors or theme?
Yes. The shared overlay can carry your colors, names, date, or logo, and we send a proof so you see the design before production. The photo changes magnet to magnet; the theme stays consistent across the set.
Can I reorder more later?
Yes. Your design is straightforward to rerun — a common pattern is a main order for the event and a small follow-up for the relatives who saw the favors and wanted their own.
How do bulk sets arrive?

Is there a minimum order?
