Guests scan a QR code, pick a photo from their phone (or snap a new one), and frame it with your personalized template. Seconds later their wedding photo magnet comes out finished, and it goes straight into their hand.

Every magnet is made the way a keepsake should be: dye-sublimation printing so the color won't fade, a solid metal backing that grips the fridge, and a protective finish that survives years of daily life. It's a 2-inch square they'll see every morning — not a print that gets lost by the end of the night.

The station earns its keep in the stretch of the night when guests are mingling rather than seated. For most receptions that means opening it as dinner winds down and running it through open dancing — the 8-to-10 window when Aunt Carol wants something to do and the college friends want a photo of the whole table. If your package is two hours, that's the two hours to spend.

Give us a spot with foot traffic and the line takes care of itself; put us behind the cake table and your coordinator will be pointing people there all night. The honest sizing guide: Moment (2 hours, up to 75 guests) fits intimate receptions, micro weddings, and second receptions — everyone gets through the line with time to come back. Celebration (3 hours, up to 200) is the package most Metro Detroit receptions actually need, and the personalized template with your names and date is the detail guests notice. Legacy (4 hours, 200+) is for the big Greek, Chaldean, and Albanian halls where the guest list crosses 250 and the party runs long — it's also the package where the Memory Board comes standard.

If you're between sizes, size to your timeline rather than your headcount: a 150-person reception with a tight three-hour window needs Celebration's hours more than Legacy's capacity. And Friday and Sunday weddings — increasingly the smart Metro Detroit budget move — book more easily at every package level than peak-season Saturdays, which go first every year.
