How many magnets do guests get?
Unlimited! Every package includes unlimited magnets. No caps, no per-magnet charges. Your price is your price.
What's the Memory Board?
A framed magnetic board with a duplicate of every guest's magnet. You take it home after the event — it's a visual guest book you'll actually hang on your wall.
Do you need Wi-Fi at the venue?
Our system works on cellular data, so Wi-Fi is helpful but not required. We've run events at barns, outdoor venues, and places with spotty connectivity.
How much space do you need?
About 6x4 feet and a power outlet. We bring our own table, backdrop, and all equipment. Setup takes about 30 minutes.
Can I customize the magnet design?
Yes! Celebration and Legacy packages include a personalized template with your names, date, and colors. Moment includes a standard Tender Kept frame.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 3-6 months ahead, especially for peak season (May-October). Popular dates book fast!
What's your cancellation policy?
$299 deposit is fully refundable within 14 days. After that, 50% refund if cancelled 30+ days before the event.
