Services

Tender Kept LLC provides custom photo magnet services for events and direct-to-consumer sales in Metro Detroit, Michigan.

Booking & Payment

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
• We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before event: Full refund of deposit
• 14-29 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 14 days: No refund

Event Services

We will arrive at the agreed-upon time and provide services for the duration of the booked package. If additional time is needed, it will be billed at our hourly add-on rate (subject to availability).

Photo Content

Guests are responsible for the content of photos they upload. We reserve the right to decline printing photos that contain inappropriate or offensive content.

Liability

Tender Kept LLC carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for venue-related issues (power outages, weather for outdoor events, etc.) but will make every reasonable effort to deliver our services.
